GoCelebrain Returns Notice
Introductory Note: Celebrain acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating the transaction. It is important to note that the return policies of each seller prevail over those of Celebrain, as long as they are duly described on the product sold on the Celebrain platform.
How to return online purchases?
Upon receiving the product, the customer has 15 minutes to carry out a general inspection. If there is anything incomplete or visible damage, the customer has the right to reject the product. In case of rejection, the delivery provider will note the reasons for the return and will leave with the product.
If the review is not carried out at the time of delivery, no changes or returns will be accepted.
Refund of money for exchange of items:
Celebrain grants its customers the right to a refund of money or exchange of the item if the purchased product does not meet their expectations. This right is independent of the right of guarantee according to current legislation. Problems and defects are excluded and are governed by the terms and conditions of the warranty.
To make use of this right, the customer must comply with the following terms and conditions:
The period to make use of this right is thirty (30) calendar days, from the date of sale on the invoice.
The customer must return the item in its original packaging and in "new" condition, without damage or misuse.
Only the holder of the purchase can exercise this right, presenting the purchase invoice.
The transport of the item to the point of sale must be covered by the customer.
This right does not apply if the customer was informed at the time of purchase that the warranty is limited.
Returns generate a refund to the credit card, excluding bank commissions and transport costs. The refund time follows the bank's policies.
Returns are not accepted for misuse of the product.
Return cost:
The customer assumes the cost of the return, and it is recommended to use Costa Rican postal services or reliable suppliers. The cost will depend on the logistics provider's rates.
Returns due to malfunction or factory defects:
According to the provider's policies, merchandise is exchanged due to malfunction or factory defect. The original invoice and packaging must be presented within 30 days of purchase.
Products with restrictions for exchange and/or return:
Products with limited warranty due to packaging defects or other specifications are not accepted for exchange or return.
Refund of money on services and rentals:
In contracted services and rentals, the guarantee is given by the provider according to its policies. Celebrain ensures compliance with the services and rentals, but is not responsible for the obligations of the commercial guarantee offered by third parties.
