Shipping Purchases at GoCelebrain

Shipments come directly from our suppliers and will be made by different means: door-to-door service, by courier or private transport from the supplier, etc. In accordance with local regulations, sellers are allowed to offer various shipping options, such as standard, express or tracking services. The cost of shipping in colones will be charged in addition to the price of the product to cover shipping costs. These are under the rate table managed by the supplier.
It is clarified that buyers are free to select the shipping option that best suits their needs, emphasizing that the seller's responsibility remains unchanged regardless of the choice of service.
Seller's Responsibility
In accordance with Costa Rican laws, Celebrain clearly establishes that the responsibility for shipping falls exclusively on the seller.

Estimated Shipping Time:
This will depend on the required date and the production or assembly time required by the client and is coordinated with the supplier in advance.
At the time of making the purchase, the client must specifically provide the delivery address, their telephone number and email, in order to make the delivery of the order. The billing and delivery addresses must be the same.
Guidance is provided on estimated delivery times, clarifying that these are provided by the seller. It is noted that Celebrain does not guarantee shipping times, as these may be affected by various external factors.
