FAQ
How do Celebrain fees work?
Joining Celebrain and listing your products/services is free. You only pay a 20% commission if you sell or rent an item/service on our platform. We have additional, optional fees for advertising on the site and for featuring your products/services. Listing an ad on the platform costs $0.20. The ad lasts for four months or until the item sells. We charge a processing fee of 3% + $0.25 when the item sells.
How do I receive payments for my sales on Celebrain?
We use Banco Promérica as our banking provider and bank transfer as our payment system. Funds from your sales are deposited directly into your bank account and in your currency, regardless of the form or origin of the buyer's payment. We also use PayPal
Why should I publish my products/services on Celebrain?
Opening a store on Celebrain is easy. Create a Celebrain account (if you don't have one already), set the location of your products/services, choose the category, sub-category and occasion they belong to, add the detailed description, create a listing, set the delivery method and availability. It's that easy!
